About Brentwood Country Estates

The Hilton family developed this exclusive community in the early 1990s. The subdivision covers 250 acres, and homesites are large compared to other exclusive neighborhoods in the Los Angeles area. Its views are also unrivaled due to its hillside position - roughly 1,000 feet above sea level - and southern orientation, which faces the coast.
