Nichols Canyon Neighborhood
Running from Hollywood Boulevard to Mulholland Drive, Nichols Canyon occupies a thin slice of the Santa Monica Mountains; it is the section of the Hollywood Hills sandwiched between Laurel Canyon and Runyon Canyon.
Nichols Canyon is a lot like the other canyon neighborhoods in the Hollywood Hills. Wildlife is drawn to the area in part due to spring-fed creek and less urban encroachment.
